Any good desert/midnight snack recipes out there?

I'd like it to be fairly simple. I'm sick, so I don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen making a snack for later. Thanks!!!Any good desert/midnight snack recipes out there?
DIRT PUDDING

1 (24 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed, save

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

1/2 c. butter

1 c. powdered sugar

Mix together cheese, butter and sugar. Add to this mixture: 2 (5 1/2 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

In a flower pot or large container put a layer of the crushed cookies then a layer of pudding. Repeat layers, end with cookies on top so it looks like dirt. Put artificial flower in the pot. Fun at a dinner to start dipping out of the flower pot.

TOASTED MARSHMALLOWS

1 bag large marshmallows

You will need a hot fire and each person needs a stick or a skewer.

Push one or two marshmallows onto stick or skewer. Hold over hot flame just until marshmallow begins to turn golden and melt inside.

If it begins to fall off stick, turn upside down quickly and have a dish ready to catch it!

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MINT DESSERT

1 c. flour

1 c. sugar

1/2 c. butter, softened

4 eggs

1 1/2 c. (16 oz. can) Hershey's syrup

Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour into 13 x 9 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. (Top may still appear wet.) Cool completely in pan. Spread Mint Cream Layer on cake, chill. Pour Chocolate Topping over dessert. Cover and chill.

Mint Cream Layer: Combine 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 cup butter, softened, 1 tablespoon water, 1/2 teaspoon mint extract and 3 drops green food coloring. Beat until smooth. Spread on cake, cool.

Chocolate Topping: In microwave, melt 6 tablespoons butter, 1 cup mint chocolate chips 1-1 1/2 minutes, just until chips are melted and smooth when stirred. Cover Mint Cream Layer, cover and chill.Any good desert/midnight snack recipes out there?
if you have a blender...this is tasty!

FRUIT SMOOTHY:

fruits recommended: strawberries, bananas, blueberries, raspberries, and any other fruit that you'd like to add is fine!

other ingredients: yogurt, and if you'd like to add the drink called fuze, there are many different fruit flavored flavors that are great to add!

dice the fruit up in a bowl and then put it in the blender! you can add as much yogurt and/or fuze as you want!

so blend it up, put it in a cup, get a straw and enjoy!
Haha well this might not be something you would make for a midnight snack, especially when you are sick, but for a quick and yummy dessert.....

Rice Krispies Treats

3 tablespoons margarine or butter

1 package (10 oz, about 40) marshmallows

or 4 cups miniature marshmallows or a jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme

6 cups rice krispies cereal

In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt margarine and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir mixture until smooth.

Add rice krispeis cereal, stirring until well-coated. Using butter spatula or waxed paper, press cereal mixture evenly into a shallow 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Allow to cool.
If you are sick than maybe you want to stick to something light.. I like jello made according to pkg. directions and add a tub of cool whip (light/reg) Mix and pour into serving cups the jello, whipped cream will seperate into a nice refreshing and pretty dessert.. It's also figure friendly at midnight.. I like to use sugar free jello/fat free or light cool whip.... You can also add canned mandarin oranges or canned pineapple as well.. they will just sink to the bottom
