Microwave/no bake dessert or snack recipes?

I love to cook, baking especially, but have recently moved and have only a few resources available for now--a microwave and a fridge. I generally have the staples on hand--flour, sugar, milk, fruit, etc; but can't really buy specialty ingredients.

Sara Lee has a no-bake cheesecake. The directions are on the back of the box. My mom has made it several times and it's delicious everytime! We had strawberries and whip cream.
