I like a nearly hard boiled egg mashed and in a sandwich, with some snipped garlic chives, or the green of spring onions.Looking for good healthy snack recipes? quick question?
Shake:

2 scoop ice cream

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup half and half

3 mashed banana

1 cup crushed Oreo

Blend well

====

break 2 eggs into a cup, beat with a fork, add a tbsp of water. microwave 1-1 1/2 mins until no longer wet, stirring halfway through. let stand for 30s to finish cooking. you can top it with grated cheese while it's standing. or green onions, tomatoes etc.

a bagel toasted, with that egg above on top, with either cheese, bacon or ham/saussage (or any combination). for an eggwhich.

just pick up MILO, a chocolate drink mix (3 tbsp to glass of hot or cold milk), is loaded with vitamins.

yogurt with fruit and some granola on top is quick.

french toast is fast. just take 2 eggs, beat with 2tbsp milk. dip slices of bread in it (flip over, coat both sides), fry in some butter/veg oil over med heat. (brown both sides) top with syrup. takes less than 10 mins.

pancakes, premade mix, or the frozen ones are good, top with some fresh fruit

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.

Whisk together milk, oil, and eggs until well blended. Add to flour mixture, and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Spoon mixture into lightly greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full.

Bake at 400掳 for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown
i would go for a smoothie if your going for healthy instead of the shake i like strawberry pineapple ones just get some frozen or fresh fruit and 1 tub of plain yogurt add 1 teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon vanilla, or you could go for a turkey on a pita with sprouts and avocado, make a grilled chicken wrap, or pasta salad
A good bread with a olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette.

OOOOH or maybe some grapes and strawberries with a little honey.

ooh oooh ooh how bout some of those celery and peanut butter snacks, I love those. Also, if you like cheese, a good brie and some stoned wheat thins, big ol' red grapes, and a glass of that ones' good for you wine.

:-)))

Cheers.
Fruit smoothie. Fresh fruit (any type) yogurt, milk. It works best to freeze the fruit and the yogurt. Then put in the blender with the milk. My favorite is strawberry %26amp; peach.
dried fruits, nuts and seeds, mix them together, eat as is or on your favourite cereal or even yogourt..
