Fast healthy snack recipes?

I need to do this research for school. So i was wondering any1 know any fast and healthy snack recipes that teenagers can make after school. And the snack that tastes great.Fast healthy snack recipes?
Wraps are easy and fast. Take a flour tortilla and spread softened cream cheese over tortilla, add a couple of slices of deli turkey or ham, add shredded lettuce or shredded carrots. Roll them up and enjoy!





Another option is ranch dressing, lettuce, bacon bits, and shredded cheese or PB%26amp;J.





How about cheese quesadillas- flour tortilla and shredded cheese on half, fold it over and fry or bake until cheese is melted. Dip in salsa and sour cream.

When u get hungry throughout the day try carrot sticks or other fruit or vegetables. As for healthy meals try just cooking with less red meats and use pork and chicken. Also stay away from foods in the boxes and cans...(already prepared meals). Buy fresh fruits and vegetables to prepare. We are all so busy with work and everything that we don't have the time to cook from scratch...but really that is the more healthy way.
my favorite healthy snack is celery and carrots or try some granny smith apples with fat free caramel...frozen grapes are good as well.
When my daughter was in High School she had canned pasta right out of the can every day when she got home.

apples with a peanutbutter to dip it in ,,cellery with peanutbutter or cheese spread,,,,any fruits ,,frozen banana dipped in chocolate frozen,,,fruit smoothie ,just add furit to blender with a bit of milk and yogurt and ice
Fruits... perfect. Vegetables too, try carrot or cellery sticks with chicken or mushroom soups.


Try to reduce consuming processed products high in sodium. Incresaing your consumption of fresh produce shall haelp you achieve a health lifestyle.
